Description
The XK-Z10 is a high-precision tungsten carbide drag blade with flat shaft, engineered for use in Zünd-compatible digital cutting systems and flatbed plotter cutters. The blade is designed for clean and accurate cutting of flexible, coated, and semi-rigid materials commonly used in signmaking, packaging, industrial textiles, and graphic production.
Manufactured from premium tungsten carbide, the XK-Z10 offers significantly improved wear resistance and longer service life compared to conventional steel blades.
The blade performs exceptionally well on:

- PVC banners (frontlit and backlit)
- Polypropylene (PP)
- Polyester fabrics and coated textiles

For adhesive or friction-sensitive materials, DLC-coated versions are recommended to reduce friction and adhesive buildup during extended production runs.
