Description
The XK-Z46 is a high-performance tungsten carbide drag blade with flat shank, developed for cutting light and soft materials on Zünd-compatible digital cutting systems.
Its specialized blade geometry is designed to minimize pushing force during cutting, allowing smooth material penetration and efficient processing of soft and lightweight substrates. This makes the XK-Z46 particularly suitable for materials that require low cutting resistance and clean contour cutting.
The blade’s geometry produces a relatively large overcut compared to other drawknife designs. While this characteristic may reduce suitability for intricate corners, it provides excellent cutting performance in larger contours and long cutting paths where smooth material penetration is essential.
Manufactured from premium micro-grain tungsten carbide, the XK-Z46 offers excellent wear resistance, consistent cutting quality, and long service life in industrial production environments.
