Description
The XK-Z601 is a heavy-duty tungsten carbide oscillating knife engineered for cutting thick soft foam materials on Zünd digital cutting systems.
Designed specifically for low-density foam processing, the blade combines a long cutting edge with a robust oscillating geometry to achieve deep, clean cuts while minimizing material compression. The extended blade length allows cutting depths of over 100 mm, making it ideal for packaging foam, cushioning materials, foam inserts, and industrial foam conversion applications.
Unlike standard oscillating blades, the XK-Z601 is optimized for soft foam materials with densities below approximately 45 kg/m³. The oscillating cutting action reduces drag forces and prevents tearing, resulting in smooth cut edges and excellent dimensional accuracy.
Manufactured from premium micro-grain tungsten carbide, the XK-Z601 offers exceptional wear resistance, long service life, and consistent cutting performance in continuous industrial production.
