The XK-Z63 is a premium tungsten carbide oscillating knife with a small pre-cut, engineered for cutting thick foam materials and insulation products on Zünd-compatible digital cutting systems.
Manufactured from high-quality micro-grain tungsten carbide, the XK-Z63 combines exceptional wear resistance with a robust blade geometry optimized for deep cutting applications. The blade is specifically designed to process lightweight, compressible materials while minimizing material deformation and ensuring smooth, accurate cutting performance.
Its oscillating cutting action reduces cutting forces and allows efficient penetration into thick foam structures, making it ideal for packaging, insulation, construction, automotive, and industrial applications.
The XK-Z63 is particularly suitable for applications requiring clean cuts through thick soft materials while maintaining dimensional accuracy and high productivity. Similar to the Z62, but longer and therefore slightly less stable.
