The XK-R4201 is a premium 3-hole double edge industrial razor blade manufactured from high-grade carbon steel and enhanced with a durable Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating. Measuring 43 × 22 × 0.20 mm, this precision-ground blade is developed for high-speed slitting and converting operations where consistent cutting quality, excellent wear resistance, and economical operating costs are essential.
The 0.20 mm blade thickness provides additional rigidity compared to thinner blades, making it suitable for higher cutting loads while maintaining excellent dimensional accuracy.
