The XK-DL140R is a premium 3-hole double edge industrial razor blade manufactured from recycled tungsten carbide, providing exceptional cutting performance while supporting more sustainable manufacturing practices.

Unlike a common misconception, recycled tungsten carbide blades are not produced from used or worn razor blades. They are manufactured using clean tungsten carbide production scrap generated during the manufacture of carbide plates. This valuable material is refined, reprocessed, and sintered into new tungsten carbide blanks with mechanical properties and cutting performance comparable to virgin tungsten carbide.

With dimensions of 60 × 22 × 0.40 mm, the XK-DL140R is the most rigid blade in the XK 60 mm recycled carbide range. The increased thickness provides superior stability and resistance to blade deflection, making it particularly suitable for demanding slitting and converting applications where cutting accuracy and dimensional consistency are critical.

The precision-ground double cutting edges allow both sides of the blade to be used, maximizing blade utilization while reducing downtime and operating costs. The recycled carbide grade delivers excellent wear resistance and long service life for most industrial slitting applications, while reducing the environmental impact associated with newly mined tungsten.
