The XK-Z5 is a Zünd-compatible plotter cutter blade manufactured from premium tungsten carbide for extended durability and consistent cutting performance. Featuring a round-stock drag blade geometry, the XK-Z5 provides excellent tracking stability and clean cutting edges, even on tougher or abrasive materials.
This blade is specifically developed for applications in signmaking, stencil production, packaging prototyping, and pattern cutting, where precise depth control and long tool life are critical. With a maximum cutting depth of 2.1 mm, the XK-Z5 is well suited for thicker flexible substrates while maintaining high accuracy on Zünd flatbed cutting systems.
