The XK-FG415 is a heavy-duty fiber chopping blade manufactured from hardened carbon steel and specifically designed for chopping continuous fiberglass strands and rovings.

With dimensions of 155 × 15.6 × 0.85 mm, the XK-FG415 has a substantially more rigid geometry than thinner XK-FG blades. The 0.85 mm thickness and 15.6 mm width provide excellent blade stability in chopping assemblies, helping maintain consistent cutting geometry during continuous industrial operation.

The precision-ground carbon steel cutting edge provides high initial sharpness for clean separation of fiberglass bundles. Consistent strand cutting helps produce uniform chopped fiber lengths while limiting unnecessary strand deformation and fraying.
