Description
The XK-SR6307 is a high-performance tungsten carbide oscillating knife blade. It is engineered for demanding cutting applications on Esko Kongsberg digital cutting tables. In addition, it is manufactured from premium micro-grain tungsten carbide. The blade offers exceptional wear resistance and long service life. Moreover, it provides reliable cutting performance in industrial production environments.
The blade’s robust geometry is optimised for processing: thick paper-based materials, honeycomb structures, foam boards, corrugated plastics, and other rigid industrial substrates. In comparison with heavier oscillating blade designs, the SR6307 geometry provides reduced over-cut. It also results in less material displacement. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for precision cutting of thick board materials.
