Description
The XK-Z2 is a premium Zünd Z2 compatible drag knife blade manufactured from solid tungsten carbide for exceptional durability, precision, and edge retention. Featuring a 35° cutting angle and round-stock design, the XK-Z2 is specifically developed for kiss-cutting applications and precision cutting of thin self-adhesive materials.
Designed for use in Zünd Kiss-Cut Tools (KCT) and Kiss-Cut Modules (KCM), the XK-Z2 delivers clean cuts through the face material without penetrating the liner, making it ideal for labels, decals, graphics, and signmaking applications. The sharp geometry minimizes cutting forces while maintaining excellent detail reproduction and edge quality.
The Z2 blade is commonly recommended for self-adhesive vinyls, reflective vinyls, masking films, polycarbonate films, magnetic foil and cardstock applications where precise kiss-cutting performance is required.
