Description
The XK-Z54 is a high-performance rotary circular cutter blade manufactured from premium micro-grain tungsten carbide for professional textile and composite material processing.
Designed for use in rotary cutting applications, the XK-Z54 provides smooth, continuous cutting action that minimizes material distortion while producing exceptionally clean edges. Unlike drag or oscillating blades, the rotary cutting principle allows the blade to roll through the material, reducing cutting forces and preventing stretching, fraying, and fiber pull-out.
The Ø28 mm blade diameter provides an excellent balance between maneuverability and cutting stability, making the XK-Z54 particularly suitable for precision cutting of technical fabrics, composite reinforcement materials, and high-performance fibers. Similar to Z53 (HTZ-053) knife but with a bigger diameter of 28 mm.
