Description
The XK-Z17DLC is a high-performance tungsten carbide oscillating blade with DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating, engineered for precision cutting of medium rigid plastics, laminated display materials, and industrial composite panels on Zünd-compatible flatbed cutting systems.
The advanced DLC coating significantly reduces friction and material drag, making the blade especially suitable for rigid plastics and laminated substrates where clean edges and smooth cutting performance are essential. The coating also minimizes heat buildup and adhesive residue while improving wear resistance during continuous production.
