Description
The XK-Z17TiN is a high-performance tungsten carbide oscillating knife with Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating, engineered for precision cutting of thin abrasive, fibrous, and wear-intensive materials on Zünd-compatible digital cutting systems.
Based on the proven XK-Z17 geometry, this blade offers a smaller overcut and higher shearing forces than the XK-Z16, resulting in improved contour accuracy, cleaner edge quality, and superior detail cutting performance. The advantages become particularly noticeable when the blade is used in oscillating cutting applications.
The advanced Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating increases surface hardness and significantly improves wear resistance, making the blade especially suitable for abrasive materials that would rapidly wear standard carbide blades. The coating also reduces friction during cutting, resulting in smoother cutting performance and lower cutting forces.
